Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised free of charge for the customer within fourteen (14) days, at the latest, from the receipt of the products and without any justification.
The customer must return the products to the business in the same excellent condition in which they were received, as well as pay for all business expenses (shipping, transaction fees, etc.).
This must be done by completing the withdrawal form provided by the business, which must accompany the returned products.
The business is obliged to refund the amount paid in the same way it was received. The only exception applies in the case of transactions completed via credit card, where the refund process is not controlled by the business and depends on the bank's internal processes.

Defective Products
The return of defective products can be done free of charge for the customer within fourteen (14) days (without a maximum limit) from the receipt of the products, provided that the defect exists from the beginning and is due to the product's manufacturing.
The customer must return the products to the business, which will bear all shipping costs.
The business will inspect the product, and if the defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, it will replace the product at its own expense.
If the defect is due to improper or inappropriate use by the customer, the business will not replace the product, and the shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer’s next order.
